Laminate


Base material for pcbs are distinguished into their substantial consistency. Base material is classified on the basis of the
chemical, electrical and thermal characteristics of the substance.

The following indices are used:

   Tg - Value (gas conversion temperature)
   εr- Value (permittivity)


The listed εr-values apply to a frequency of 1 MHz.


You can also enquire materials which are not listed in the table, e.g. PTFE, Rogers, aluminium...
