Laminate


Base material for pcb�s are distinguished into their substantial consistency. Base material is classified on the basis of the
chemical, electrical and thermal characteristics of the substance.

The following indices are used:

   Tg - Value (gas conversion temperature)
   εr- Value (permittivity)


The listed εr-values apply to a frequency of 1 MHz.


You can also enquire materials which are not listed in the table, e.g. PTFE, Rogers, aluminium...
